We purchased the Kimo cordless trimmer hoping it would make it easier to trim some of the plants around our home. We do have a trimmer currently and its fine. However its big, bulky and you have to drag the cord around with you. For taller plants it was a little difficult to get the trimming done. The first time we used it was on the many ornamental grasses we have on our property. When spring arrives we need to cut them back and after winter storms they are usually bent, twisted, broken, etc and not an easy trimming job.We were blown away by how fast the KIMO trimmer was and how easy it was to use. So lightweight. No more pulling cords, tripping over cords, watching cords to make sure they’re not in the way of the blade. We should have purchased this a long time ago. It would have made spring cleanup a lot easier. Now we don’t dread having to trim any of our landscape plants when needed. We actually look forward to it!
