I can't swim that well. I've used it now on 3 holidays! Cancun/Mexico, Barbados and now St. John/St. Thomas. I dived deep in the water for many hours in all of these places! And this life jacket held up much better than expected. I feel so safe in it. I don't even have to move my muscles and it keeps me afloat and easily maneuvers my body in circles (hard to explain) to see different things in the water and it's just amazing. This guy literally saves lives and I couldn't have had so many cool snorkeling adventures without him. I mean, I could use other life jackets for snorkeling that are offered by companies that take you to the deep water or rent you on land. but this one is better. I've used these skates before and they are more sketchy and don't hold you like that. Believe me. Try the pool if you don't believe me.
