Really works for the Peeler
I dehydrate bananas all the time. I've always cut them by hand, and then I decided to see if there actually was a banana slicer. It really works and I like the even slices that are perfect for drying. The only complaint I have is that after cutting two bananas it clogs and doesn't cut. Then I will rinse in hot water. Cleaning can be an issue. After trying a few times not to brush the whole banana off the blades, I started using a bottle brush and it works great.
