The opener works well and can open certain cans that my regular mainstream opener can't. But the bottle opener I received had a problem, possibly a defect. The bottom handle slipped off immediately and this continued with each use. Unlike the top handle, it was not firmly or securely attached. Since pushing hard back wasn't a permanent solution, I placed the opener upside down on a soft surface and then hit it hard with a hammer. I had to be careful not to hit too hard as I found that the cutting rollers were taking the brunt of the hits. After about five uses, the rubber handle feels firmly connected to the metal handle. Since the opener actually works quite well, I give it a four star rating and recommend this opener.
