Review on Authentic Arkansas TRI 8 Sharpening Whetstone by Ashwin Drollinger

Excellent product! Made in the USA. I originally wanted to buy a knife sharpener recommended by America's Test Kitchen. But this product tends to scratch the sides of the knife. So I decided to buy Dan's Tri-Hone. I thought it would be difficult to sharpen knives by hand. But after watching a few videos online, I realized I could do it. In a few minutes I'll have a very sharp chef's knife. Arkansas Medium and Arkansas Fine are great for kitchen knives. You will sharpen your knife. I didn't use a carbide sharpening stone because my knives are in pretty good condition.
