I have had this reverse osmosis system for about 3.5 months now. The water from the city I feed through is substandard even by EPA standards. For example, total adjusted alpha sometimes exceeds EPA levels along with other heavy metals and elevated chemicals in the water. The TDS of the incoming water averages 234 ppm. The system membrane repels most of the bad water and I have an average of 8ppm TDS coming out of the membrane. The alkaline filter operates at a mild level around 7.0 PH and an average TDS of 25. I understand that some PH filters may vary meaning some will perform better than others as I assume this affects the quality of the marble that they crush into these canisters to dissolve in water. The product does exactly what is advertised and I am happy with the product. As for the company, I first had a bad PH filter that made the marble fall into the water, I contacted the company and they sent a PH filter to replace. That's amazing customer service and that's why I bought the tank and whatnot from their website. Overall I'll rate your company and products a 5 based on the quality of the system (it works exactly as they say) and your company stands behind their products based on my experience. I'm glad I went through APEC.
