You no longer have to hold the hood with a pole.
They looked just like the old worn OEM sequins and took about 5 minutes to install. I used a pole to support my hood and when I tried the hood for the first time after installation I nearly got hit in the chin, the hood came up so quickly so be aware they work well. No complaints and the price was fantastic in my opinion. Highly recommended if you need to replace worn ones.
