Therefore, I have long been eyeing various electric barbecue grills. The Kitfort KT-1650 racquet grill is very convenient because the skewers are arranged horizontally on it, as in a familiar barbecue. In addition, it has two removable panels and eight pans for preparing snacks. But I bought this device, first of all, for the possibility of cooking barbecue. Therefore, I will dwell on this function in more detail. Due to the sufficiently high power of this type of grill, shish kebab on it is fried as quickly as on a conventional grill. It is convenient that here the skewers are located horizontally above the heating element. This allows you to fry large enough pieces of meat. You can also use the grill for frying, for example, chicken or fish. Most vertical kebabs cannot boast of this. In addition, in the Kitfort KT-1650 grill, the fat from the kebab flows onto the sheet located under the heating element. For example, I put foil on this sheet, and after cooking the device remains almost clean, and it does not take much effort and time to wash it. With this, vertical devices are also much more complicated. The advantages of the horizontal design of the grill also include its compactness, which allows you to easily place it in a kitchen cabinet. The disadvantages include the uncomfortable round skewers that are included in the kit. The meat on them is almost impossible to turn over (it simply slides and turns) Therefore, I will buy a set of ordinary flat skewers. But I do not consider this shortcoming critical and therefore I give this product five stars.
