There is no drain plug on the reservoir. This is an obvious improvement. They make truck pans that are deeper but can be a problem for an understated Mustang. It fits perfectly with the stock. It is made in China. However, it is forged from thick sheet steel and corresponds to original equipment manufacturer quality. It was received within two days. I had no problems installing, reusing the original gasket and using a new filter. There are no liquid leaks. My friend came to us with the installation and immediately ordered the same one for himself. He received it the next day and installed it the following weekend and was very happy with it. My car is a 2016 Mustang that started out as a manual and I've upgraded it to a 6r80 automatic.
