Unit worked perfectly under heavy use at 10 months of age after consuming over 10,000 N02 bottles. I haven't had any of the issues described in the reviews, only the other day my wife swore he was hissing - I told her to stop breathing around him. She was right, as always, he hissed at the junction with the top hinge. The threaded part where the charger attaches looked like it had been unscrewed for a quick O-ring, but it wasn't. I contacted a great seller who immediately refunded me in full. Other similarly priced devices we've destroyed in just a few months, compromising use and proper maintenance, so 10 months is great. If I decide to go with one of the $100+ devices, hopefully it will last a long time. By the way guys. ALL reviews mentioning the charger. Problem, you should lubricate the threads on the loading tube and the threaded connection at the top of the device with light vegetable oil on a cotton swab. Do this after every 10-20 charges. N02 is very cold when it exits, drying the threads to the bone of any lube. The fill tube and fitting should also be cleaned and re-lubricated monthly.
