EXCELLENT for the price. A little bit small. Works well 4 fabric tracking 4 real embroidery/needle point

I have this for my regular fabric embroidery projects. I place an image or printed sentence on paper on a light board and tape it in place, then place the fabric on top and draw it on the fabric with heat-absorbing pens. Before I got this, I used a glass casserole dish. with my phone's flashlight underneath (place paper and fabric on an upside down plate) and now I've got it working. Cut the tracing time in half if not more and the tracing became much better and I didn't have to redo anything! Extremely light weight. Keep in mind that it was a lot smaller than I expected (about the size of a regular square plate. Not big. I know. Super accurate description right? 🤷‍♀️). But it still works, I just have to track it bit by bit. The price was insanely cheaper than any other product I've found that does the same thing. Also, the tweezers that come with the kit come in very handy when embroidering with yarn (and I've even used them to pull out some blackheads on my nose with some success. Yes, I'm one of THESE people and I know, right? LOL). Definitely not enough quality for hair plucking. I don't need any other additional supplies, but I will pass them on to family members who do diamond "embroideries". Also note; The item works by connecting a USB cable (included) but does not come with a simple square piece that plugs into an outlet. However, it connects to the same regular ones you probably already have for your phone or other tech. And it also plugs into the USB port of your laptop or computer and runs on its battery. Also, I had a small problem with the power button. It may take several attempts before the button is pressed correctly. But at worst, it's a mild annoyance.

Pros
  • hands free operation
Cons
  • very expensive
