I've always been skeptical about cheap ink. I have an HP printer that lately every time I change ink cartridges it doesn't recognize one of them and over time it works properly. These were HP cartridges, which are expensive. It was necessary to print maps, but the ink ran out. Thought I'd give the printer one last try but with cheaper ink. They worked great. The printer immediately recognized that it was not HP and when I confirmed this it worked fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for quality is that when printing images the print is a bit darker and not as sharp as the HP cartridges.
