This glove is great for washing my car. It fits my hand well when wearing rubber gloves and stays on when washed and rinsed in water. It also floats so it's convenient to move it over the top of the sink bucket to get sand and dirt on the bottom. It's comfortable and doesn't feel too heavy. The fibers are long and soft, so I'm sure they won't get scratched. Since this is wool, treat it well by rinsing it thoroughly. I try not to rub the fibers in all directions to avoid tangling. After rinsing, I shake the mitten vigorously in my hand. This will remove most of the water, smooth out the fibers and be ready to dry. The only time it got a little tangled at the top was when my husband used it and left a mess. It has withstood abuse and still works great.
