The product is very low quality, not what you need at all.
I am really dissatisfied not only with the quality of the chair but also with the manufacturer and the online store for their refusal to request that I file a complaint. In the end, I feel terrible about having made this purchase. Below are some advantages: The chair has a sturdy appearance and it is also very pleasant to sit in for long periods of time; nonetheless, the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Some cons: In the shop known as Mebelion.Ru, I purchased a chair. I brought it and put it together, and I've been using it for the past two months. After two weeks, the chair began to become incredibly rigid; it is now impossible to swing on it in any way, and the noise it makes is no longer a creak but rather a kind of continual rattling instead. After my visit to the store, the staff got in touch with the company who made the product. Everywhere there is a rejection, they say lubricate, and that's all there is to it, this is not a warranty problem. The squeak persisted despite the application of pressure, though. It got a little better, but you can't entirely get rid of it even though it's getting better. I absolutely regret making that purchase now since for 16,000 dollars I could have bought another manufacturer. The chair is not a good value for the price.
