I like this little pepper grinder a lot. I bought it to go with a variety pack of exotic peppers, because I happen to need a grinder at the same time. Overall it works pretty well and has a very nice feel in the hands when grinding pepper. It has a real weight to it and does not feel cheap at all. It is very aesthetically pleasing and satisfying to grind pepper with. It does a very good job for more standard types of pepper. The only issue I have with it is that certain kinds of pepper such as Szechuan Or other more specialty peppers may not quite grinder quite correctly. All I had to do was pre-trap the Szechuan pepper before placing in the grinder and it did work better. Honestly if I were just using us for regular pepper instead of rotating through several varieties, I would give it a perfect five. Black pepper, rainbow pepper, white, and green pepper all seem to work pretty well. For some reason it doesn’t seem to play nicely with the pink pepper that I have. I don’t know… This is probably not going to be an issue for most people. Great little pepper grinder I would recommend it to anyone.
