Great for making pemmican at home
I started making pemmican at home a few months ago and needed a good set of silicone molds. After looking through about 6,487 items that didn't fit my size and shape, I found this one. I can make batches of pemmican blocks that are about 2.2-2.4 ounces and just under 300 calories each, which is perfect. The bottom of the molds has a very slight bevel so that the pemmican can be easily removed from the molds. The molds are easy to clean, as are all silicone utensils.
