I was a bit worried about complaints about bad customer service but one of them was in my RV so I decided to use them. connected in series in parallel to get 12V. When connected they are rated for 450Ah. I charged 4 (6v deep cycle) from multiple solar panels through a charge controller. I have used 40 LED night lights around the house with a photocell to turn them on at night. I also wired a relay in case my house went out, the relay would power many more lights in the house for emergency lighting and through an inverter to run the fridge. I needed help and they were great. I sent 5 emails and they responded the next day with detailed answers and advice. I have to say that the wait on the phone was long but the option to call back was offered. Since my questions were related, I went via email. Maybe someone had problems in the past but for now I can only say that I am very satisfied with the product, the price and most importantly the customer service. Walter Dean
