Not fully functional

Fair price No way to open and close the disc tray? Found the manual after purchase but didn't mention this process. Does anyone know if this remote control can do that? The rest is OK. REMOTE CONTROL LABELED AS DVP-SR200 BUT THERE IS NO BUTTON TO OPEN/CLOSE TRAY. NOT FULL FUNCTION. RMT-D197A. Properly removed. Description is wrong
