Not quite what I expected.

After installing the horn as an alternative horn, I was happy to surprise people with it. He is loud. However, it doesn't sound quite right. Both tones are never heard at the same time. Normally only the higher tone is heard. Then the next time I press the switch, it beeps in a deeper tone. Not sure what the problem is. I could not find the seller's contact information to solve the problem.
