Review on πŸ–ΌοΈ Numerically Labeled Anatomical Landmarks in Paintings by Bobby Montoya

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect teaching tool for the PhD student!

I really like this skull! As a graduate student trying to study anatomy at home without laboratory components, I found it difficult to understand the three-dimensional nature of the human body. This skull is anatomically accurate, MUCH cheaper than others I've looked at, and even comes with pre-drawn numbers and an answer sheet! It's a good weight, no weight, light or heavy. The seams are also pulled. I've attached a few photos - the numbers are starting to fade in some places simply because I've benefited so much from it! They are very easy to redraw with a marker. The top of the skull comes off so you can see inside. There are even dents in some of the arteries - how cool! The jaw also articulates, which was helpful when trying to understand how the temporomandibular joint works. Note: some numbers are hard to find! There is one I couldn't find in the end. Make sure you check every aspect, even removing the jaw will help you see some of the numbers!

Pros
  • Skull with sutures
Cons
  • Some mistakes
