This is a replaced and old cooling tube cover which appears to permanently cut between the old cover and the new digital ballast the GFCI duplex it was connected to would. I had low expectations because most of the time these gfci's are not compatible with digital ballasts but. I had 3 running and found the 4th was not working due to a power problem between the lamp socket, ballast and gfci. Whatever the problem, it was solved with this new hood. I suspect it's just the finishing, and the hood I had was old, probably with outdated internals. So maybe he's older than I think lol!
