Review on Boxtech Submersible Aquarium Heater 100W by Ashley Janney

Defective. I've been eating fish for months, turned on that heater and my god got sick the next day, floating on his side on the floor and hiding in his cave most of the day. I took it out, waited a few weeks and tried again, and again my fish got sick. I tried to follow the instructions and temperature recommendations. I think it may have overheated/never turned off. When I took it out a second time, there was a brown burn mark in the center. Also weird white stuff on the black suction cups where the glassy white part sits. Maybe it leaked? Maybe it burned my fish? I do not know. Anyway I'm not happy with this purchase it's not worth the price for just over a month of use and almost killed my fish twice.
