Review on 🖥️ GeeekPi Raspberry Pi 4 Metal Case with Fan and Low-Profile CPU Cooler, Enhanced Raspberry Pi 4B Case with Horizontal ICE Tower Cooler (Silver) by Cory Owens

I really don't like leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this case to anyone. First of all the fan is absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed just using it on the clear riser when setting up my Pi. The problems started when I took it apart and returned to the aluminum body. First, I didn't have a thermal tape. Good. Luckily I had my own backup. Then one of the screws holding the Pi to the case broke off in the aluminum standoff. Not only did this leave me with a piece of hardware less, but it also made it impossible to secure the Pi in a way that left the ports available since the Pi cannot now be bolted evenly. A practical do-it-yourself solution is not possible due to the raised design of the ports. Each attempt causes Pi to distort or slide. I don't have time to return it for a replacement and I can't because I use a fan. Now I have a useless piece of aluminum because of the cheap screws, a really good fan that I had to attach my own thermal tape to (which takes thermal tape away from another project), and a riser that looks and feels great, but is an equal pennies of plastic when I paid for a $35 Pi case. I was very happy with it and couldn't wait to case the Pi and give it a 5 star rating for the value on offer, but now I can't say I will ever try a GeeekPi case again . If you can find a low-profile cooler separately, just buy it and a separate case with enough space for it.
