Not bad for the price, but customer service can be iffy

I like that it has options for different types of shipping carriers, as well as multiple methods of payment including credit cards. It's easy to use once you know where everything is located in the application. The customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are very helpful and knowledgeable, but other times they don't seem to care about helping customers at all. Have your sales rep walk you through how to set up some things on their end so there aren't any issues during setup. We originally used this to ship out our products to various locations throughout the country using USPS services.
