The best part about this software is that it's easy to use, has great customer service support team as well which helps you out whenever required! There are times when I feel like my information isn't being updated properly but their response time really makes me think otherwise so definitely give them try if they haven’t already been used by your organization before!! It was pretty hard at first because of all these features; however with some training one can get over those hurdles very easily once he/she gets accustomed too. My favorite thing in HRMS would be Applicant tracking system or ATS alongwith applicant portal where we manage our applicants data from anywhere even offline via mobile app etc.. This gives us ease while working remotely without having constant accesses through internet connection especially during emergency situations suchs floods & earthquakes.
