Review on 🚴 Experience Optimal Comfort and Control with the SUNLITE Adjustable Quill Stem by Douglas Davis

I love this stem. I was naturally looking for a way to adopt a more comfortable, upright riding position, and that helped. Firstly, there seems to be some confusion about the sizes, so let me get that straight. It replaces the stem in a 1" or 25.4mm fork. 180mm describes the length to the pivot point and 90mm describes the length of the turntable part, the part that clamps the handlebars. The 60 degrees they refer to are 2/3 the distance from perpendicular to the ground to full perpendicular, which is unattainable. The handlebar clamp fits a 1" diameter handlebar measured at the thickest point, right in the middle. You have the choice between this 90mm or 110mm turntable. I chose 90mm because at its maximum extension of 60 degrees it is not as far forward as the longer one. Looks pretty professional unlike the original which had welds and didn't look very good.
