Update 09/30/2020: I originally bought this device because of Android 10 vs 8 from other Android devices for 4runners. I wanted to keep this radio but with all the problems I have encountered and troubleshooting this radio I will not. If you need to contact the company, expect one email per day. I've had problems since day one. My ABS and 4WD system started flashing. Disconnecting the battery helped, but I don't know what caused it. It happened twice. The backup camera RCA cable was damaged. I contacted the seller but they had no idea what cables I am talking about. And only the ability to receive and reply to one email per day. Lord I'm upset. I explained what kind of car I have, what kind of cable I need and emailed the photo to the seller. But no. They keep showing me the wrong cable types. My radio froze several times during a long drive. The clock is stuck and I can't update or download apps. You sent me a link to update the device. But the link is clumsy. I hope this works for the people who buy and keep the device. It's possible I received an inferior batch as my device had scratches on the plastic disc. Or maybe the unit is what it is. But if you pay $700 for a radio. They expect it to work properly. You could save another $300 and get an Alpine that can do a lot more than any Android device. Whatever it cost me, I couldn't justify keeping it. In addition, the phone can do the same as this main unit. looks like OEM. Very wide screen. The delivery was fast and the packaging was good. Wireless Apply CarPlay works well. GU quality is good. It also tells you which door is open lol which the OEM didn't do at HU. the device came with scratches on the silvery plastic part. Especially above the air vents and on the sides. Plastic is not as high quality as OEM. Less luster and slightly rough feel. The volume control sticks because the metal part that controls it is bent. I had to bend it back a bit but it ended up returning to its place. I don't know why there are 4 USB dongles in this device. And I don't know which one to connect to to apply CarPlay. (In the event of a wireless communication failure.) The SD card slot is slightly offset. So make sure you put it in right, otherwise it just goes into the HU and you can't get it out. Ask me how do I know? Because it happened to me. I want to split the screen when I put the reverse gear because I have the front camera installed. But I have to manually click on the front camera to check this. In general, I would wish that they would check the quality better. It's an android block. It won't be perfect, but it does what you want it to.
