I like that it's easy for my staff members who are not in billing or coding as well those of us with little medical knowledge too use! It does what you need but sometimes there can still seem overwhelming at times when trying new features/apps etc - so make sure your tech support team knows how all functions work before attempting them out yourself first (or have someone else do this).
Also having an app which allows me access from anywhere helps greatly where we're able to bill patients remotely if needed without needing physical presence within our office building every day during normal business hours!!
