I'm about 5ft 5in, 120 and 34A, I have the small one which is a bit tight but still comfortable enough to allow full range of motion for a medium Being sized up might also be appropriate if I wanted a looser fit, but for swimming/kayaking/kayaking a tighter fit was a better choice. I didn't mind the heat and humidity at all and felt very comfortable all day. I bought an all white top - it's a bit see through when dry and obviously more when wet so wear a bikini, lol. It was machine washable but I chose to air dry the shirt as it is a quick drying material anyway and I figured it would last longer. I am very happy with this purchase and will consider purchasing another!
