This ventilation discolours only a year after installation, turns yellow. The little handles that close the lid when your microwave/convection oven isn't in use or when traveling are small, flimsy, cheap plastic handles that fall out and break, making the lid pop in the wind. I could deal with the discoloration, I'll just paint it, but the extremely flimsy valve closers are REALLY bad design. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I make a better product and ask a little more of the guys. This is a clean vent that fits in well with the old space and apart from what I mentioned seems fine.
