One side of the grinder worked fine, the other side didn't work as well as it seemed, there were problems. Part of the mill did not want to grind properly despite all the settings. One of the parts that caught my eye is broken. I have a lot of grinders, this happens from time to time at the grinder manufacturer. All in all a good coffee grinder and I would recommend it. Would have given a higher score if it wasn't for an issue!
