Let me start by saying that when I hear the term acrylic I have something more solid in mind. Plastic earring holder. Other than that, it's strong enough to hold earrings and can accommodate many earrings. Because it's designed that way, I can also put tires on it (not the case with other holders). This organizer is very easy to assemble. I fiddled around for a minute before deciding it would be easier to join the sides together and then lay it on the base. It worked well and the straps were easy to attach. I wear (too) many pairs of earrings and it's very easy. The organizer rotates very smoothly, which pleasantly surprised many. I will benefit from it and it will be easy for me to see all the earrings I have!
