I work a lot on the road and need a front-facing car table (instead of front seats). The Wheeldesk's design differs from most other steering wheel consoles in that it is a single slotted board that fits over the steering wheel. DELIVERY TIME - fast. Much quicker than I expected considering we are in the middle of the COVID19 lockdown. SIZE - I bought the 18.5" X 14.5" model for an ASUS 15.5 laptop. Note that the slot cut in the board to fit over the steering wheel takes up almost 25% of the board's depth. It fits perfectly, with enough room on the right for a mouse (but that means the laptop is shifted about an inch to the left). As such, I wouldn't recommend buying the smaller models, even for a smaller laptop, although the seller specifically said the smaller model would fit my laptop. QUALITY - Some reviews have said that this product is made from cheap materials. I wouldn't agree - it's medium density chipboard but it seems pretty solid and the board itself has no play (see below). CONSTRUCTION - Overall a clean, simple design. However, since the board hangs on top of the steering wheel and is tilted 30Β° downwards, it pulls the steering wheel with it. So there is a slight kickback from the steering wheel. Other bar-hanging designs may not have as much bounce, but I don't think they will be as stable laterally. BOTTOM LIP - On the edge closest to the driver is a 5/8 inch lip to hold the laptop. from slipping. Some reviews have complained of their laptops sliding around the edge. The top of my keyboard is about 1/2 inch above the table surface and I don't see any signs of it sliding off. Also, most laptops (mine at least) have good rubber pads on the bottom so my laptop doesn't even touch the edge. The mouse (or phone) slides down and stays in place. It seems solid enough - I'll keep an eye on it to see how long it stays intact. ERGONOMICS - No matter which product you buy, it will not be the same as working at a real desk. But as I write this, it seems to me that it's quite convenient. You adjust the steering wheel to the height you want, as there is no adjustment on a single board design. Since there is pull at the top of the steering wheel, I don't want to put my hands/wrists on either the laptop or the board - this almost completely eliminates any steering wheel stability issues (see above). OVERALL - I am satisfied with this product. It more than solves my problem on the go. Will update if there are any quality issues over time, but for now. seems pretty solid. I would recommend.
