I can usually figure everything out, but this one has me stumped. It's almost impossible to get your hands on the shaft without bending them. They must contain some kind of tool that will help them promote them. I thought I finally assembled everything correctly, but as soon as I put the watch in a vertical position, everything stopped working. On closer inspection, hands are no longer tied. Cute Mickey Mouse arranged.
