Review on 🛢️ POR-15 Fuel Tank Quart by Jabari Campbell

Bought a New Holland gas engine model and found the gas tank built into the cast iron base was badly rusted and clogged. I poured pure hydrochloric acid for an hour and washed with HD washing machine. Clean as new. I ordered a quart of POR-15 sealant to have a reserve for future projects. The can says to empty the whole can and throw it away when you're done. I didn't want to waste the whole liter so I poured some into an empty 4 ounce paint can and poured it into the tank. Seemed to work fine. I poured the rest of the tank back into a small jar and capped it tightly. It didn't explode like the instructions suggested. A week later my friend brought in a fuel tank with rust holes. I had a hell of a time to take the lid off the little jar. Sealant glued the cover from the inside like JB Weld. The gasket held the bowl in place well. The thing is very hard. I have some left and am happy with the result. rust collector
