The size adjustment clasp does not hold

I received the harness and the leash. Proper size will allow you to carry a puppy weighing 15 to 45 pounds. Unfortunately, the size adjustment closure does not hold. It opens more and more as the puppy pulls on his harness. The material used is quite thin and not for a large dog.
