I bought this device to replace an old access point, installed the device and worked for a few days, then problems with my home network started. After checking everything and calling AT&T for help, it was finally determined that this device was indeed blocking my network. To make sure I reconnected it to the network, my network hung again almost immediately as soon as I unplugged the device. , the network worked as usual. I'm a retired network engineer and have never come across a device that behaves like this. I just called the tech support number listed on Revain only to be asked to leave a message which I did and am now waiting for the game to see if they respond.
