Better than more expensive ones
This simple little thermostat is more efficient and accurate than any other thermostat I have used. I've used Holiday in food and grilling, but the simple small form factor of this thermostat makes it great. Replacing the battery seems like a hassle so I just bought two more. The fact that you can check the temperature of your food to make sure it's cooked properly and since it's small I can take it on a hike so I don't accidentally eat something undercooked.
