I see answers to questions here: 1. The USB-C connector is a perfect fit. It takes some extra effort to get it, but it will never fail.2. The LED on the MagSafe port is not working. No yellow when charging or green when fully charged.3. Works with L-shaped (old) and straight (new) MagSafe chargers. I have had several MacBooks and about 6 MagSafe chargers of all styles and strengths since 2009. They all work with this connector.4. I usually use this with a 60w MagSafe charger and it charges the M1 in a very reasonable time. I bought one to keep in my laptop bag and it works so well that I bought another to constantly connect to another MagSafe charger on my desk so I don't have to pull the first one out of my laptop bag to use at home and as I know I leave the travel adapter on my desk when I'm out. Based on the cost of every other adapter these days I think it's expensive but it works great and solves the problem so I had to bite the bullet and buy two.
