Sadly, I have a bad review for Sunon's online shop. My expectations were not met by the office supplies, furniture, and lighting I purchased because they were of poor quality. The goods were flimsy, uncomfortable, and easily destructible despite their claims of high quality and dependability. In addition, the level of customer care I got was poor. When I contacted their customer service department about the flawed products, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers. It was obvious that Sunon's online shop was not concerned with keeping me as a client. In conclusion, I advise anyone thinking about making a purchase from Sunon's online shop to search elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy supplier. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration of dealing with subpar products and subpar customer care.
