I have used this in small strips (cut with scissors as the backing makes it difficult to remove) to polish sterling silver and small pieces of bronze to a high shine. This works great. The extra grit above 12000 (the highest I usually find on micromesh panels) gives it that last needed mirror finish. absolutely love it.
