I recently had the misfortune of having to use ibiyaya, and I have to admit that the entire process was extremely aggravating. The website may have a wide selection of pet products, but it does not provide adequate support for its customers. To begin, the procedure for placing an order was laborious and unclear, and there was no indication of the expected delivery times. After a long wait, the merchandise was delivered, but it was improperly packaged and had several flaws. To make matters even worse, getting in touch with their customer support team was fruitless and unproductive. The fact that the staff appeared to be ignorant and unresponsive to my concerns made the entire experience into a source of irritation for me. The entirety of my time spent with ibiyaya was less than satisfying, and as a result, I am unable to endorse this online retailer to anyone. If you are searching for pet supplies that are dependable and effective, I would recommend looking somewhere else.
