The printer misbehaved on all cylinders, not the cartridges.
Unfortunately they didn't send the printer back to make sure everything was ok. But they arrived on time and in good condition. But no matter whose cartridges aren't tried, the menu just scrolls through the message that the cartridge is empty - once amber to empty, and then again. We believe the problem was with the printer, not the cartridges. Will I buy them again when the printer is up, yes. Would Vin recommend them? Yes.
