Review on WD Content Solutions Business FBA_WDBCTL0030HWT NESN by Shawn Parker

The item is defective, I ordered this item and had to rush for three months to put it in (I'm a soldier), I came back and was finally able to connect it to start. There is a red light that turns on instantly and never stops flashing. Doesn't load, tried multiple times. I tried to return this to the seller but I couldn't return it because the item was over 30 days old and I couldn't find a link to notify the seller. I ran out of money for a product that doesn't work. Very disappointing
