Review on Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-2000 PWM 4-Pin Heavy Duty Cooling Fan – Ultimate Performance at 2000 RPM (140mm, Black) by Doyun Pak ᠌

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

A strong, effective, and silent fan. I swapped it in on blowing instead of the usual rear one in the Aerocool case. There are three standard cases actively blowing cool air, and the CPU and graphics card temperatures both reduced by 3 degrees (about 980 rpm, 4-pin on the motherboard is regulated) The noise blends perfectly with the ambient ambience (case on the floor). After 1000 rpm, the sound is discernible and increasing the speed further has no effect on the temperatures. The music is relaxing and low-key, but I saw little value in turning up the tempo. One-piece self-tapping screws were a need for this job. Fans can be installed on silicone nails by vertically stringing them on pre-inserted nails and then pulling the nails away from the front of the fan. I didn't want to dismantle the System just to change one turntable, plus I had a big tower installed on the CPU, so I couldn't pull off this trick. While building a new computer, it's okay to take some risks. The fan is so well-balanced that it won't cause any vibrations in the chassis, even when using self-tapping screws. The necessary wiring, such as an extra long cord, a splitter, and a ponizhayka, are included. Nails made of silicone and self-tapping screws. Scented silicone blades. The silicone is high quality; it does not leak but is still pliable. The installation instructions did not specify whether or not the silicone corners should be removed before affixing to silicone nails. The provided icons either did not resonate with me, or I misread them. If I ever get an updated central processing unit (CPU), I may restock the entire case with these turntables, or at least add a couple more to blow it up (they are now hot)

Pros
  • features such as low noise levels, high productivity, rugged construction, and a wealth of features
Cons
  • Installation on nails requires front-access to the fan, however the instructions are unclear on how to combine silicone nails and silicone pads.
