Review on 🔧 Genuine E3D Hobb-Goblin V2 - 5mm Internal Diameter Drive Gear (M-HOBB-V2-50-0-BORE) by Hco Cortes

I installed this in a Wanhao i3 direct drive extruder. With the stock gear I had extrusion issues because the motor didn't have enough torque to push the filament smoothly, especially when I widened the line. With this smaller mechanism, I had no issues with stripping or under-extrusion. He pushes the thread and the thread moves. This gear is a good option for those suffering from chronic underextrusion. My only complaint is that the $15 price tag seems high for a small device, but I get a lot of reliability out of it, so I'm happy.
