I kept it in a padded envelope for safekeeping until I could install it. Well, it fell off the table and Koko, my lab, thought it was a toy. Sometimes I give her empty padded envelopes to play with because the bubble wrap burst and she had fun clapping. So she took it outside and it didn't split or shrink as easily as I suspect because she broke it and ended up shaking the camera out of the bag which she ripped open. I thought the chamber was pretty shattered, which stinks. However, I am satisfied with the customer service. From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. I will buy a replacement.
