Mostly reliable connection, mostly unreliable speed, even on the same card(s). I don't know and don't want to debug what PnP should be; works well enough that I won't be replacing it right away, but with so much competition on something like a USB hub/memory card reader, I definitely wouldn't buy it again and recommend it to clients or colleagues. As Pac12 University's IT manager, I've definitely gone through a lot of these over the years (dozens). This is somewhere in the middle. EDIT 03/03/18 We were contacted a couple of times by UGreen customer service who were very polite and professional. They offered to send me a new unit but refunding something so small isn't worth my time right now. However, I am increasing my rating to +1 star for good CS. As an IT manager, this is also part of my job, so to be commended. Right deeds should always be recognized and encouraged. Thanks Yugrin.
