Review on RAM Quick Grip Phone Holder Ball by Albert Lee

Very sad about this purchase. I just upgraded my phone and needed a bigger phone mount for my motorcycle. I've heard good things about the Ram so I got the Quick Grip XL, Miniarm and Bike Stem Mount. I was the first to get the Quick Grip in the mail so I decided to mount the holder. Knowing this happens on my bike, I used Loctite on the bolts to secure the rubber ball to the bracket. I've done it right and I'm by no means a strong guy. When I come back I notice that the plastic has a small chip. I loosened one of the screws and cracked! One side of the rubber ball detached from the holder. What a waste of money. The full shot was my fault. I was angry and took it off the table. About 3 feet tall and the rest broke off. plastic waste. I have canceled orders for the mini arm and takeaway mount. Very disappointed. Be careful not to overtighten and do not use Loctite.
