The best part is being able to track all of my shipments with the app, including those that are sent as "track & trace" items. I wish there was some way for me to automatically create invoices from orders placed through this service rather than having to manually do so each time I use their platform. It's very easy to set up your account once you have been approved by their team! Great customer support too. All in all great software - they truly care about your business success! We needed an online storefront solution for our clients who did not want to deal with managing inventory or fulfillment themselves at this point. Rocket Shipit has saved us tons of time since setting it up!
